Services

CASH & CARRY

We have a 10,000 sq ft warehouse for cash and carry customers with free car park. Minimum purchase £60.00 including VAT.

MAIL ORDER

We send goods by parcel force in the UK. Carriage is £8.00 + VAT per parcel. Orders over £200.00 + VAT are carriage free. This applies to deliveries to the mainland UK only.

Charges to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highland and Scottish Island are £12.50 + VAT per parcel - outside UK deliveries subject to quotation. Orders will not be processed until you have accepted quote provided by Cha Cha Dum Dum. Delivery time normally 3-7 days.

EXPORT

We send goods to Europe and world wide by competitive carrier companies. Freight and insurance to be paid by customer.

TRADE DISCOUNTS

We offer the following straight payment discounts.

1.	£100	-	£199	=	3%
2.	£200	-	£499	=	5%
3.	£500	-	£999	=	10%
4.	£1000	&	Over	=	12%

Appropriate discount will be deducted from your order once it has been processed. Your final invoice will reflect the discounted value.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

1.	All prices shown in this website are trade prices for wholesale only and are subject to change without prior notice. All prices exclude VAT.
2.	Goods once sold cannot be exchanged without valid reason.
3.	All discrepancies must be notified in writing within seven days or no responsibility would be accepted. All goods must be returned for credit.
4.	Cheques being returned unpaid or represented attract a charge of £20.00 for each representation.
5.	On credit invoices, credit charge will be payable if payment is not received by due date.
6.	Title to the goods remains with the seller until payment has been made on this invoice.
7.	This transaction is governed by the law of England.
